2025 ACM photographer photo wrap
As they looked through their lenses, ACM photographers have recorded the most heartwarming and tragic moments across regional and rural Australia throughout 2025.
They were the first on scene after the shooting of Ekampreet Sahni Singh at a popular beach in Newcastle, NSW, and they were there when Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was re-elected to the highest office in Australia.
They were camera-ready when thousands of residents from Albury-Wodonga rallied on the steps of the Victorian Parliament in Melbourne, demanding the government build the community a greenfield hospital.
And among all the heartbreak in the world, we've also witnessed the good, most recently when Ahmed Al Ahmed wrestled a gun out of one of the Bondi shooter's hands.
From the small island of Tasmania, throughout the sprawling ranges of Victoria, up the Dividing Range of NSW and beyond, our photographers are always there to capture significant moments throughout regional and rural Australia.
Not only are these men and women artists in action, but they are also the backbone of our newsrooms, bringing our words to life through their momentous images.
